One of the Biggest Months of the Year—Here’s How to Stay Grounded


It can be hard to find joy during challenging times. And yet—one of life’s greatest gifts in those times is realizing you don’t have to navigate them alone. 💕

March is one of the biggest astrological months of the year—a time of profound shifts, new cycles, and forward momentum. It’s a month where things can feel intense, transformative, and, at times, uncertain—which is why leaning into practice, creativity, and connection is so important right now. ✨

Recently, my therapist shared something that completely shifted how I think about big decisions and those uncertain, in-between spaces. She described it as moving like a snow leopard with hapticity—sensing and acting at the same time. Feeling out the step ahead of you as you fully lean into it.

And through that, phoric movement happens—moving toward stability by trusting what holds you.

💭Imagine this:

With phoric movement, you step forward, feeling into the plank beneath you. If it’s steady, you fully lean into it. If it wobbles, you don’t put your weight there—you simply adjust, moving with presence and trust.

Lately, instead of resisting the uncertainty, I’m learning to move with hapticity —feeling my way forward, leaning into & finding joy in the supports that hold me.

And one of the ways I’m doing that? Practicing together.
